Dr Schurger, along with about 20 other Upper Cervical doctors are nearing the end of their Upper Cervical Diplomate program. We have spent the last 2 years working on better understanding the very unique & complicated Upper Cervical/Cranial-cervical junction, and are excited to be wrapping it up soon!
Here are some of the topics we have covered:
Anatomy with an emphasis on the Upper Cervical spine
Neurology & Functional Neurology
Cervical imaging including digital & plain film radiography, CT, MRI, upright MRI
The Upper Cervical Techniques: Knee Chest, Grostic, NUCCA, Orthospinology, Advanced Orthogonality & Blair
Upper Cervical research, research development, and research paper presentations
Needless to say, we’ve been very busy, traveling all over the US to destinations like Chicago, San Francisco, & Daytona Beach (we promise, most of those days were spent in the classrooms!!) We’re excited to share more with you in the future, as our research base grows and we find better ways of determining, analyzing and correcting these Upper Cervical subluxations!! Keep watching for more news to follow.
